Dear, dear, dear Artists & friends...
Dear, dear, dear Artists & friends...Dear, dear, dear Artists & friends...
You made and make me absolutely aphasic...

I can't find the right words to express my joy...

I'm really so so so happy for last Sunday and I can only thank you and continue to pose for you....That's all...

I'm really emotioned because those five hours together...those twenty-three different themes, those twenty-five different poses ( included different costumes and objects) were at the same time so challenging to do, but light as a feather...because it was a pleasure to celebrate our first birthday all together!

Thank you again...I love you!

...and thanks also for the beautiful reviews written by some of you about my poses and the two sessions. It's evident in those words your Passion, your strong work and the pure essence of our sessions! Do you want to become my official biographAhah...of course not now...because I'm not deadSo give me the possibility to continue to pose for you for many centuries! Remember: we are all babies of one year...we are so young! We are not born to die now!!! Anyway..." Memory from Rome"..." Turris Eburnea's memory book...", " Turris...a model in Rome...", " Turris had a cat and the cat was a model..."

" The cat, the cow, the skull and the model" etc... These titles sound good for a or many bestsellers. Do you agree with me?

Of course my dear Artists and Friends I'm joking... as you know, I tease myself often: it's a way to be strong in life with a strong sense of humour...

So let's start our Second Year together and our first session having in our hands our stainless fil rouge... Do you remember my last pose from the evening session? Yes...I was embraced by our strong fil rouge that was still on Robert Mapplethorpe because the Sunday after I was posing again as " The girl with a pearl earring" for a group...

So... let's connect Robert Mapplethorpe to Monsieur Jean Désiré Gustave Courbet...

If  this name is too long  to pronounce  let's say..." ORIGINE DU MONDE" and we will have no problemsYes...the famous painter of  that painting... Yes, the scandalous painter of that scandalous painting...ahahah...

I'm joking again of course because we have to say only thank you to him in terms of  freedom, breaking the rules,  happiness and  changing habits...in the big evolution of History of Art and Arts...and many thanks for his marvellous nude paintings and his prolific production.

He was a self -taught painter and wrote the  famous revolutionary Realist manifesto searching in his works the purity of  his subjects...the reality as truth...

He worked on light, vivid figures... obtaining  an unconventional approach  which  was real but symbolic at the same time...

This soon gave way to Impressionism, wherein the objective was to achieve substantial sensuousness...

The art of Realism, moreover  and the birth of photography are connected...and there are many discussions about the possibility that Courbet worked from a pornographic series of pics  by Auguste Belloc...to paint some of his masterpieces (Of course this hypothesis doesn't mean that the painter Courbet  "copied" a photograph...)

What a wonderful  true world in Courbet's paintings! What a wonderful search to achieve his great results...Courbet was absolutely  one of the first painters to absorb the new medium's stylistic and technical potential of photography which was being born in the same period... His ability to absorb and transform influences from photography, as well as classical painting, lithography, and popular illustration, is a testament to his faith in his genius and his unique vision...

The same searches will be made in photography studying from the Past, by our Robert Mapplethorpe...that we know very very  well thanks to our two sessions dedicated to his works with the model Lysa  Lion...

So  I will propose  a very big journey in Courbet's nudes inspired by some of his most famous works of art and others that are not so well known...

I will not forget of course  "The Painter's Studio," a painting that pays homage also to all the lifedrawingmodels in the world...

We will again use our Time Machine going into the Past to build the Future...

That's why we need to go back to the "origins" or back to  " Origine du..."

After " du" we can say: monde, realism, beauty...As you know I can't reveal all now...

Think only on this: our first journey after our first birthday!
