Oct 23, 2021

The Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max's early Geekbench benchmark scores have appeared online, indicating the CPU's capabilities. The Cupertino-based computer titan debuted its latest Apple Silicon chips earlier this week, including the M1 Pro and M1 Max. Apple stated in its introduction that the new chipsets were created specifically for the next-generation MacBook Pro. The architecture of the original M1 microprocessor was scaled up in order to create a more powerful chip.

During the Unleashed Apple event on October 18, the tech company unveiled its new MacBook Pro. The newly released MacBook Pro has a striking look. Apart from that, it sports a bright screen with a notch at the top. In addition, the new MacBook Pro has an SD card slot as well as a host of other connections. The performance unit, on the other hand, is the most striking element of the substantially revamped MacBook Pro.

Apple's MacBook Pro M1 Max is now available on Geekbench.

The M1 Pro and M1 Max chipsets are installed in the 14-inch and 16-inch variants, respectively. Apple claims that the new processor may give 70 percent better CPU performance than the M1. In addition, the new chip can give up to four times the GPU performance of the M1. The new M1 Max processor has debuted on the Geekbench website just a few days after its formal unveiling. The Geekbench listing shows the company's high-end M1 chip's scores. The Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max scored 1749 in the single-core test. The chip, on the other hand, scores 11,542 in Geekbench's multi-core performance test.

This is twice as good as the M1 chip, which now drives the 13-inch MacBook Pro. Furthermore, according to MacRumors, the M1 Max outperformed all Mac chipsets. It did not, however, outperform the Mac Pro and iMac, which are equipped with Intel's high-end 16 to 24-core Xeon processors. The new M1 Max processor can support 64GB of unified memory and up to 400GB/s of memory bandwidth. Aside from that, the 5nm chip has 57 billion transistors, which is 70% more than the M1 Pro. It also costs 3.5 times as much as the M1.

MacBook Pro Specifications

The MacBook is available in two screen sizes: 14.2 inches and 16.2 inches. In addition, the laptop has a variety of connecting options. A 3.5mm headphone connector, an HDMI port, an SD card slot, and three USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 connections are among the features. They also work with MagSafe 3 charging. The device's 1080p front camera is housed in the notch at the top of the display. The new 14-inch Pro model offers up to 17 hours of movie playback. This is a seven-hour increase over the previous generation.

Furthermore, the 16-inch model has a video playback time of 21 hours, which is 10 hours longer than the previous generation. Furthermore, this is a Mac notebook with the longest battery life. Fast charging is also possible with this device. The battery is said to charge up to 50% in 30 minutes, according to the business. In Bangladesh, you can get either the M1 Pro or M1 Max chip variants. The 14-inch variant has a starting price of BDT 2,30,900 in Bangladesh. The price of the 16-inch model starts at BDT 2,80,900.

And Hopefully 1299$ in the USA.
