As I've already mentioned, spring is my most favourite season during which most beautiful flowers such as lilac, peony, mimosa, tulips, narcissuses, etc. bloom. I could certainly spend all day in the floral world getting intoxicated by their aroma but unfortunately, that's tricky in the time of winter and fall however, luckily, just by putting on some floral perfume the spring's vibe can be recalled again.
Champs Elysees (EDP) by Guerlain first came out in 1996 but I discovered it for myself only a few years ago and got absolutely enchanted by its fabulous scent. It smells of lilac when sniffing on a bottle but, once sprayed, first comes through mimosa with its powdery floralcy and later brilliance of spring flowers (peony, lily-of-the-valley and lilac) mixed with almonds and fruits sets up the springy mood and I can surely say that Champs Elysees could be May's signature scent.
