Company can never outperform the psychology of the founder. We need to start from within.
I recently had a chat with Ashley Dudarenok 艾熙丽, Founder of Alarice and ChoZan.
Ashley grew up in Russia and speaks four languages fluently, Russian, Mandarin, German and English.
We chat about her upbringing in different countries, entrepreneurship experience for women as well as Chinese consumer trends, marketing insights and some of the new regulations facing internet companies in China.
Do you open up first and then restrict or restrict first and then open up?
East versus West.
I think it depends on the intent of the regulations. Tencent announced they are going to implement facial recognition to regulate minor's screen time. As parent, I think that is a good thing. We need checks and balances in both the digital and non-digital world.
Truly grateful for all the support from all over the world. The visual looks a little different than previous weeks. We are learning, improving as we go, one step at a time. Tomorrow will always be different, better upon yesterday. 🌍
Hope you enjoy.
