So despite it being short notice, it will take place!

No need to sign up for this session - I will include anyone who wants to be included energetically. But if you want to add your name of course you can.

Usual instructions- lay down and tune in for half an hour from 2000-2030 GMT if you can, and if not- it'll work anyway!
