10mins quick bi-finning tutorial and cheeky exercises.
Part 2 of my foot work series, not just for freedivers but for all sports that require extra foot strength and mobility.
You will need a mat, yoga block or book and thera-band or a large rubber resistive band.
I explain the basic finning technique required for depth freediving and demonstrate a few of my favourite Pilates inspired exercises that have personally helped me prepare my feet and ankles for depth diving.
CWTB (Bi finning) is my favourite discipline and I am happy to share my thoughts and experiences.
In part 3 I will go through a full 60min Pilates routine, focusing on the lower feet, legs and hips. Great if you dive or not.
