À propos ADHD MUMS
a weekly podcast based around the experiences of Mums with ADHD.
We are two BFFs, Gen & Claire. We happen to both have ADHD, and children!
In our new podcast we explore one specific area of the ADHD MUMS experience per month, in weekly episodes. We share our own and our listeners' ND parenting highs and lows, and regularly chat to special guests! We are busy creating a community over on our Patreon, where we offer weekly check-ins and monthly support group via ZOOM, a private Discord forum and a Book Club.
If you enjoy what we do and are able to support us with a small donation, this will help cover our podcast expenses and keep us building the dream.
