What to expect?
Sessions are focused and aimed towards improving backbends. We will work consistently on strengthening, mobilising and increasing our range of movement in a safe, controlled way to support our training. We will increase and strengthen our active flexibility to reduce risks of injury and help us work towards our flexy on and off the pole goals.

Pre-requisites?
- no pre-requisites whatsoever, whether you have done a stretch session before (anywhere) or not...this course are for EVERYONE at ANY LEVEL :)
- to help you advance your flex journey here are some props that we use in classes:
yoga blocks, strap (fixed, not stretchy), elastic band, ankle weights, chair, knee support (if you have dodgy knees like me - pillow works perfectly), wall space...don't worry you dont have to go buying all this, there are always things we can use in household and adapt if needed.
