This article is about me moving to Slovakia.

So the first thing I’m going to start with is, a year ago, I chose this country to go to university, and of course, I started learning the language, I started collecting papers, and I was getting ready for this move. But the tragedy in Ukraine forced me to accelerate my move, and I went not alone, but with my mother and sister. In Ukraine remained my family and loved ones, my daddy, and my boyfriend, who I miss very much. But they can not leave the country, connected with the war.

The second thing I want to say about the Slovaks is that they are incredibly kind and sincere people. This is the kind of family that we have stopped, they have very well received us. We have a separate room, a bathroom. This family helped me find a job (now I am a coach for children), as well as a job for my mother. They also did with us all the documents needed (it was long and tedious, but we could). Very many people help with clothes, food, shoes. Also, they are very open to us (invited me a couple of times in cafes, in the mountains on bikes, on hockey).

I love it here, but my heart misses Ukraine! I WANT TO GO HOME!
