Start growing that three-headed monster with this triceps workout, dumbbells only! Sets and Reps below. 

• Exercise 1 - Dumbbell Kickback
4 sets of 8-12 reps

• Exercise 2 - Dumbbell Pronated-Grip Extension
3 sets of 8-10 reps

• Exercise 3 - Dumbbell Neutral-Grip Extension
3 sets of 8-10 reps p/Arm

• Exercise 4 - Dumbbell One-Arm Extension
4 sets of 10 reps p/Arm

• Exercise 5 - Dumbbell Hammer Press
4 sets of 8-11 reps 

Rest 0:45 - 1:00 between sets.
