Exercise 6 - Incline Prone Row
4 sets of 8-10 reps

Exercise 7 - Single-Arm Row
3 sets of 10 reps p/arm

Exercise 8 - Pullover
3 sets of 10 reps

Rest 0:45 - 1:00 between sets.
