Feel the burn with this leg and shoulder focused circuit!

Perform 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest before moving onto the next exercise. Exercises 1-5 is 1 complete round! Go 4 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds. Light to medium weight only.

Exercise 1 - Dumbbell Swing 20 seconds on. 10 seconds off.

Exercise 2 - Dumbbell Alt. Front Lunge to Side Raise 20 seconds on. 10 seconds off.

Exercise 3 - Dumbbell Squat Press 20 seconds on. 10 seconds off.

Exercise 4 - Dumbbell Alt. Back Lunge to Front Raise 20 seconds on. 10 seconds off.

Exercise 5 - Dumbbell Pulse Lunge to Front/Side Raise 20 seconds on. 10 seconds off. Switch sides, repeat.

Rest 1 minute between rounds.
