As a survivor of Narcissistic Abuse I started making videos to help get certain things off of my chest as I had no one to talk to. But it quickly evolved into providing content to help others who have been hurt by a Narcissist or still dealing with Narcissists.

My hope is to educate and help in the healing process of all those who take the time to listen to my videos. They are made with sincere love and care.
