I didn't get nearly enough sleep last night, my ovaries are revolting against me, and Amazon woke me up an hour earlier than planned by ringing my bell several times at 7 am to deliver a bottle of magnesium.
Needless to say, I'm feeling a little burnt out from juggling streaming and meetings plus a full workload this week. Going to make the executive decision to cancel my scheduled stream today.
Also seems like a good opportunity to remind everyone else to not stretch yourself too thin, you can't pour from an empty cup, stress is the trash of modern life, and every other platitude related to burnout, etc. etc. etc.
Basically, if you can take some things off your plate to offer yourself some recuperation, do it.
