Mi nombre es Juan Jesús, y desde 2001 llevo a cabo el proyecto ALMERIACLIPS. Es un sitio donde informo sobre los rodajes que se producen en Almería (España), llevando al día todo lo relativo a las producciones que eligen nuestro fantástico paisaje para rodar sus historias.
En el comienzo, solo hablaba de vídeos musicales, porque ha sido un formato que me ha gustado desde siempre, luego la publicidad, los cortos, etc.. Pero veía que de películas y series se hablaba poco o nada en los medios de comunicación, y en Almería nunca se ha dejado de rodar.
El motivo de hacer esta página es mayormente por el orgullo que siento que se elija nuestra provincia para los rodajes, y la poca importancia que le dan los sucesivos gobiernos municipales a este hecho, siendo un tema del que se puede presumir. Aún asi, no existe una página como Almeriaclips.com a nivel gubernamental que informe y presuma de lo que Almería supuso para el cine y de lo que está suponiendo en la actualidad.
Los rodajes, y el cine son parte de la cultura y ser escenario natural de rodajes también es parte de la idiosincrasia de un pueblo.

Hello!
My name is Juan Jesús, and since 2001 I have been running the ALMERIACLIPS project. It is a site where I inform about the shootings that take place in Almeria (Spain), I like to bring up to date everything related to the productions that choose our fantastic landscape to shoot their stories.
In the beginning, I only talked about music videos, because it has been a format that I have always liked, then commercials, short films, etc... but I saw that films and series were spoken about little or not at all in the media, and in Almería they have never stopped filming.
The reason for making this page is mainly because of the pride I feel that our province was chosen for the shootings, and the little importance that successive municipal governments give to this fact, being a topic that can be presumed. Even so, there is not a page like mine at a governmental level that informs and boasts about what Almería meant for the cinema and what it is presently assuming.
Shootings, and cinema are part of the culture and being a natural stage for shootings is also part of the idiosyncrasy of a community.
