Happy Monday, friends! October rages on, and Halloween is somehow already nearly upon us. I confess I'm a little sad at how quickly this month has gone, as I've really been enjoying all the spooky season content this year. Not to mention, I haven't yet listened to "This is Halloween" by Panic at the Disco nearly often enough, or watched the David S. Pumpkins skit. All things for my to-do list this week, as I suppose.

In the great wide world of writing, I've been hard at work churning out bookish goodness for Blogtober on my book blog, Your Book Friend. There's a new article for every day of the month, which is honestly surprising even to me, so definitely peruse the archives if books are your jam.

I also got back into Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance in a big way so, naturally, I had to write about some of the big things I noticed as I dug back in.

  • In response to a question from a friend, I rounded up the ways I stay in-the-know about upcoming book releases

  • My 150th article on Medium has the word "breasts" in the title so, you know, I think I've hit the precipice of my writing career

Don't forget that my supporters here on Buy Me a Coffee get friend links to my new posts, so if you're wanting to click through to more of the good stuff, consider throwing a few dollars my way. Don't have the change to spare? No worries! Thanks for following along on the writing journey all the same.

Hope you have a great week, and I'll see you in November!
