Since we are in Taurus season, I turned back to the Mythical Goddess Tarot by Sage Holloway and Katherine Skaggs.
I started from the bottom card and then scroll for the Energy Read.
The bottom card of the deck is “Mother-Regeneration” I felt like it was beautiful to see the Mother, right after the US Mother’s day, and this month of honoring the mother. This fire mother I feel like is touching on the fact that Jupiter is going into Aries this week, Venus has been in Aries and we have the Full Moon in Scorpio eclipse. Fire is always transformative and eclipses also are. They point to an ending or release of what is no longer needed. This card is about freedom, allowing the light in and surrendering to the flames of transformation. Certain stories are complete and no longer are needed. Are you ready to let it go?
On Sunday, we will have our Full Moon release event where we will let go, through a Holy Fire reiki meditation and clear what is no longer of use in order to go towards our desires freely. It is important to celebrate endings as well as new beginnings.
Soul- Maiden- Revolution
Fire - Aries
There’s a lot of fire and fury I get from this card. The Divine Feminine warrior energy has been activated collectively and is in contemplation. There is the inner knowing that the answers are within the enlightened and it is about bringing that forward. The portals have been opening and the answers are within us, so it is a time to get a little quiet while Mercury goes retrograde. The solutions are not fast and furious, although Aries loves that, they are in calculation and manifestation. It is about focusing on the desires instead of what is most feared.
The time is now to really shift this, yes there has been a war on our minds, our emotions, and bodies. It is intentional. You have power, remember this. Remember that it is all in there.
Mind- 1 - Sorceress
Morgan le Fay (Mercury)
Literally Mercury is the mind. The Sorceress is the Magician. The Magician is when the fool realizes that they can use their mind to create things. This is the root of manifestation and bringing forth things. This week is so important to be clear. If you are only clear about certain things in your life, stay there. Stay in your clarity points as much as possible and continue to act from those spaces.
What is unclear is not meant to be, and this period of the retrograde is not when you will make any decisions. So just, never mind. Take a vacation from those stresses and focus the energy on what you know. What is clear?
Take a moment look at your Wheel of life, look at the 4 things you decided on in January, remind yourself of the clear desires, and that’s all. Do not get into plan mode, just remember what are the clear things that you want. And if you want to go in the next step, allow gratitude in for having it, and then let it go.
Body- 9- Joy
Seas (Jupiter in Pisces)
This is funny as this week we say goodbye to Jupiter in Pisces as it enters in Aries. This card is about our physical connection to pleasure and the mystical. Dolphins are said to be the descendants of the Lemurians, which are beings that have been attempting to communicate with us lately.
It is because of them that the purity and control over the body came to be, as it appears that they went a little overboard with the sexual energy and drive that we carry. It is said that this has something to do with the destruction of their existence as it was. And when our human nature was born and came to be, we have been instilled a fear of physical pleasure that ultimately drives us.
It makes sense to have a focus on sexuality as we are in Taurus season, and Venus passing through 9 degrees Aries this week,
Overview-
We have a lot of fire this week, as the soul reminds us of the inner revolution that has to happen. That is going to cause an immense shift of power towards our awareness of the power of manifestation. The body wants what it wants for a reason, make it happy. Bring in joy, laughter, awareness, or rest.
