**WHAT** The Morning Pages Circle is a 4-week-long journaling group for personal development. Here, you'll build the habit of daily writing in a community of like-minded people and give yourself the chance to explore where the writing takes you. When you commit to writing your pages first thing in the morning, magic happens. That magic can go from creating a renewed sense of connection with yourself (and others) to unblocking yourself creatively. Perhaps you’ll find yourself getting more prone to taking meaningful action in your life too. Hopefully, just like they did for me, morning pages will work as a catalyst for expansion and positive change in your life.

**WHO** I started writing my pages consistently almost three years ago in the middle of a cancer journey. Morning pages are a practice coined by Julia Cameron in her book The Artist's Way. She describes them as "three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning." Morning pages worked as a lifeline that helped me digest what I was going through, gain clarity about what truly mattered to me, and take intentional action in my life. They helped me get unstuck and became a stepping stone for my personal development and for my work too. ✨

** HOW ** We'll meet 5 days a week for a 30-minute Zoom session at 8 am CET where we'll write our pages together right before work (we’re NOT reading them aloud btw!) On Fridays, we'll extend the session for an extra 30 minutes to discuss our experiences + ask questions. Every Sunday you'll receive a Sunday Note of Encouragement which will address the questions that may have arisen during the week. We are going to build the consistency of morning journaling together and hold space for one other. You'll find community, get accountability, and develop a habit that will bring you insights and self-awareness.

** WHAT** A 30-minute yoga-based movement session. We’ll move our bodies together through a gentle yoga sequence. We’ll release stiffness, increase our energy and prepare for the workday ahead. Physical movement is not essential for health upkeep but it helps with our creativity flow. It also helps us get unstuck. This practice is ideal for those who sit behind desks all day, and those who feel like they want to incorporate more movement + creativity into their days. You’re in the right place even if you never tried yoga before. Yoga is for EVERY-body and this is an all-levels practice.

** WHO ** Yoga was the practice that gave me the courage to start putting my writing out into the world, six years ago. It only made sense to become a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher, via Tula Yoga Studios Amsterdam, in 2018. Now it's time for me to share the magic of this practice with you. ✨

** HOW ** We'll meet 5 days a week for a 30-minute yoga session via Zoom. We'll do this right before work (I'm aiming to start at 8: 30 am CET.) You'll find more vitality and freedom in your body. Hopefully, just like they did for me, Yoga Moves will work as a catalyst for expansion and positive change in your life.

** WHAT** Everything Morning Pages Circle (check the description on The Morning Pages Circle) + a 20-minute yoga-based movement session. We’ll be journaling together for roughly 30 minutes or until we fill in three pages in our notebooks. After that, we’ll move our bodies together through a gentle yoga sequence. We’ll release stiffness, increase our energy and prepare for the workday ahead. Physical movement helps creativity flow more freely. This combination of journaling and yoga is ideal for those who sit behind desks all day, and those who feel like they want to incorporate more movement + creativity into their days.
