Who am I?

I'm Andrew and I'm hosting Your Positive Mind I Guided Meditations on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Youtube.

You might also know me as The Awakened One on our platform  

My first goal is to initiate the maximum of people to meditate. The first episodes have been created for this purpose and they level up in time. 

I have been practising meditation every day and for many years now. I started meditating as part of my journey to personal growth. At first, I wanted to understand who I was, how to deal with my emotions, heal from trauma, and finally find my happiness. Meditation has given me so much knowledge about myself, people, feelings, emotions, love, and most of all happiness. And I believe my mission is to share all this knowledge if it can benefit others.   

My second goal is to share my knowledge about psychology, behavioural therapies, and all things that can bring that little extra we are looking for without using medication. I'm specialised in Mental Health, Diet & Nutrition, and Common Health Conditions.

Why a "Buy me a coffee" page?

I created this page for 2 reasons:

1. People have asked me how they can support me. 

2. I write, record, edit, and publish everything on my own. Your support helps me to fund the domain name and all costs related to hosting, storage, and my coffee breaks :).
