Self care is so important to me πŸ’†πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Every morning I incorporate a self care act to put me in balance and help me be able to manifest my desires clearly.

First things first ☝🏼

Manifesting is simply bringing fourth the life you want into your present reality. In order to do that you must focus on yourself as a powerful creator.

Know and stand in your power so you can believe in your strength to manifest all that you desire.

In my opinion, this begins with self care. If you have time for a shower, you have time for self care. Reflect on your current state of mind and your everyday actions and patterns in the shower.

Decide what stays and what goes

Where do you want to be and where are you currently? What behaviors and thoughts must change to get from where where you desire to be.

Apply the changes

After you meditate πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ and focus on what you truly want, apply those necessary changes in everyday life. Get you on track first in order to manifest with pure intentions.

I love to add a cup of tea πŸ«– or coffee β˜•οΈ to my morning self care rituals to warm my body and focus my intentions for the morning.
