Fund our food deliveries for this season! As the weather gets colder, there is more demand for our pantry. Please support us in sourcing supermarket surplus, diverting food from becoming waste and offering it to the community instead. These donations cover £604 delivery costs and £325 staffing costs to ensure somebody is here to receive and unpack the delivery each week.
Fund a warm space for those who need one. Our indoor pantry and community cafe offers groceries, hot drinks and soups but also, and more importantly as the weather gets colder, warm place to sit, chat and feel welcome and safe. Energy prices have gone up for everyone, making warm daytime spaces essential for many low income and vulnerable groups who might otherwise be outdoors or in unheated homes. Of course, the costs of heating and lighting have gone up for us, too - we need funds to cover heating, water, rates, insurance and other basics. Please help us provide a warm space this December, every donation helps cover this major cost.
