Join James Pankiewicz sensei for 2 hours of Okinawa karate instruction from Asato Dojo in Okinawa. This seminar series includes instruction in karate basics, skills development, kata and applications for self defence based on Shorinryu karate with additional elements from Gojuryu karate, Motoburyu and jujitsu. James sensei always takes a practical approach to the practice and applications of Okinawan karate, testing against progressive resistance and hands on partner drills in his dojo.
In these seminars you will be able to participate solo from your home. All participants are required to be ready to actively follow along and practice the various exercises and techniques demonstrated. You should be ready for a moderate level of exercise during the seminar.
