Hi everyone! I figured I could share some of my favorite travel tips in hopes they will help some other people who love to travel. 🤩
Make copies and take pictures of your passport, birth certificate, visa, & other important documents you are traveling with. (Emailing them to yourself is a great idea too!)
Check the weather in advance and prepare for possible weather changes.
Turn off data roaming for international travel to avoid unexpected fees on your phone bill.
Take a photo of your parking space and/or mark a pin of your location when you are in an unfamiliar place.
Do your check-ins in advance to avoid the excess chaos at the airport or other terminals.
Bring your own snacks to save from spending money on every single food in sight that looks appetizing.
Dress in layers to have more clothes available and more room available in your luggage.
Consider travel insurance. It's important! Especially if you use a mobility aid.
Put luggage tags on EVERYTHING and GPS trackers when you can.
Check expiration dates on all of your travel documents.
