Some of us working on a private network, in which we used tools like JFrog to maintain a "global" NPM artifactory on the network.
If we need a specific package, that doesn't exists on the company's artifactory, we need to "Whiten" it to the artifactory.
Now, I don't know about you, but I've been really struggling with downloading those packages. It can takes sometimes ages, and some of those tools are repeating downloading the same packages over and over again.
This package was created with really simple goals:
Efficient - No more downloading the same package + version over and over again
Resolve like NPM - I use
pacote, the same package that NPM is using for resolving dependencies.
