This HP laptop was bought new at the beginning of 2020. You all know how many hours I spend on it updating the website and being a community member.I went to Staples to look at new ones. The salesperson told me this is a design flaw. The new ones have the power cord in a different location. The price for a replacement is $410.My business partners need not worry. I have another laptop to help with building ads. It's just not as fast as this one.
