Hello, I hope you and your family are still safe and well. We are getting closer to open more and more squash courts, so that seems good news for most of us.

Again, not many videos have been published, just the weekly question and yesterday's Mindset Tips. More are coming, I promise.

I am aiming to test record this coming week. Last week turned into a little bit of a disaster. I had some treatment on my foot and could hardly walk for most of it.

I booked my flight and train tickets yesterday, so I am definitely coming to the UK, barring any serious problems. I have one squash related collaboration agreed already and hope to get one or two more. These should result in some videos. I was hoping to get back into the YouTube London studio, but I suspect that will be too difficult to organise. Fingers crossed though.

I have recorded one collaboration video, but it didn't go as we had hoped, so we have agreed to change the format and try again. I have another booked for next week and hope to release something soon.

No big changes to the website, but I have decided to start using Medium, which is website where people can write and publish articles. By adding them there it will be easier for me to maintain a list and allow people to comment if they want to. I'll add the link to the rest of the website this week. You can find page here: https://medium.com/@phillipmarlowe

As you may have seen, I will now be writing a regular article for Squash Player Magazine (SPM). I am excited about this because I hope to reach new readers. SPM comes in a print and digital version and has some great articles. The website is due to be updated but still contains plenty of useful and helpful things. Go check it out: http://www.squashplayer.co.uk/

I have to say I am still conflicted over my use of social media. Honestly, I feel that FB, Twitter etc need to address the content and ads they show. I want to protest by not using them, but I also want to reach as many people as possible. I have considered starting to use Tik Tok as this will help me reach a new audience, but again, many people seem to agree that it is spyware. My privacy is important but is this the price we now pay? I don't want to get too political in this update, but my aim is to reach as many people as possible with my content. I have to decide how much invasion of privacy I am willing to accept and how much I have to ignore the negative effect these services have on society. Any thoughts?

How have you been coping with the lockdown?
