I have made it my personal mission to help others maintain a positive mindset that will benefit their sense of self worth, boost their confidence levels and significantly improve their reality. Much like most people in todays society, I subscribed to the “grind mindset.” I was putting in long hours at a day job only to come home and log more hours as a semi successful music producer. Living within this lifestyle for so long gave me little to no time to check in and monitor my mental health or personal development. I remained stagnant and did not allow myself to grow or develop in the areas required.
After the sudden passing of a great friend in 2019 I further allowed my mental health, self worth, and confidence to deteriorate to an extremely dangerous point. I watched as my friendships, relationship and dreams went to sh!t. I failed my romantic partner, my family and most importantly, I failed myself. After a long period in the dark something clicked one morning and I decided to be happy once again. I put in the work to bring my mental health back to a respectable level and allowed my self worth, confidence and overall image to follow as a natural part of the process. I can now say I understand not only the importance of mental health, but how the sense of self worth impacts how I feel as a person and assists in shaping . I never want to return to a place where I question my will to live and will work endlessly to make sure nobody else feels like they have failed themselves as well.
