Greetings people who want me to succeed! I have some exciting developments that have transpired just since I wrote last!
On Saturday we went to the market and the grocery store. We brought the dog so while Eric was grocery shopping, I took a package to be mailed and on the way back I stopped into a shop to see if I could find a new purse to replace my old one that’s wearing out. I found one and started a conversation with the shop owner. I mentioned to him that I was in negotiations to rent a space in the city center to open a crystal shop. He told me that there was a nice space here down the street that the owner wants to rent out. So I went there and spoke to the owner and set up a meeting for Monday to look at the place.
Today I went and met with him and to see the space- it’s smaller than the other one but it has a back garden, a basement level below and the rent is way cheaper - much closer to what I wanted to pay than the monument building in the city center. Not to mention that I would be dealing directly with the owner and he is a very positive guy who knows a lot of people who can help me renovate. The energy in this new space is much better for some reason and it is on a busy street that has a lot of traffic. We had gone by the other place on Saturday and I noticed that the street is very quiet and the energy just totally dies at the intersection right before you get to the shop.
The monument shop isn’t available until June- this one is available immediately!
I manifested this place all by myself! I’m so proud of myself and excited for the adventure that lies ahead!
