Hey all, so a lot of you know that I'm over at Great Yarmouth at the moment covering the most excellent Sci-Fi Weekender event and last night it was the SFW Awards.
As usual I was working the red carpet with my amazing photography buddy Simon Dunkerle and then photographing the winners with there awards on the carpet
Towards the end of the awards it was announced of some special accolade awards, so there is was getting ready to take a photo of the winner of the SFW Ambassador award for all the support and dedication to SFW over the year and it was me, yes me, I couldn't believe it.
While trying to hold back the tears I took to the stage and didba quick thank you as I was speechless and was trying to hold back my emotions.
It's such an honour to support the Sci-Fi Weekender event and everyone of the team and people that attend the events are more family than people just going to an event.
So my thanks to everyone that supports me and what I do, yes I'm still in shock.
