Full Moon in Aquarius on Sunday 22nd August 13:01 (GMT)
This week in the run up to this full moon has tried my patience quite a considerable amount of times.
So I had to laugh when I pulled the DIVINE PATIENCE and DIVINE TIMING cards for this full moon.
It’s been everything from constant tech issues and miscommunications to dealing with a venue cancelling my retreat day and more.
Also dealing with feelings of self imposed pressure to get things done. To achieve now.
Even though I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to do or how to achieve it.
Why do we always feel like we need to be busy? To always know what we are working towards? To be proactive? To succeed?
Because society has conditioned us to believe that taking our time is wasting time and that we always need to know in which direction we are heading.
But what if our direction is unclear? What do we do when we don’t know?
We practice divine patience and trust in divine timing.
I like the idea that divine patience is “intelligent waiting”.
That when the time is right, inspiration, divine direction will be revealed.
We will always know what we need to do AT the time that we need to know.
Sometimes we are being given time off, time to rest and relax before the wave of inspiration arrives, so that we have the energy to put ideas into action.
Time to be curious and to learn, space to explore and create.
So if you find yourself wondering what is the right thing to do and when, take a pause, make time to rest.
Allow time and space to enter the situation and trust the unfolding of events organically in their own time and way….
When we try to control life, we limit it to our own ideas yet sometimes there will be marvellous twists and turns that manifest opportunities better than any that you would have ever imagined possible.
So on this full moon, I invite you to practice divine patience and trust in divine timing.
All will be well, All is always well. Even if it doesn’t appear so right now.
