Hello there!


To those of you who do not know me, my name is Alia Osman Britton. I'm a personal trainer with a particular love for building booties. I’ve always had a bit of an understanding of health and fitness growing up as my father was a PT. I would say that I began taking it seriously 6 years ago. I actually fell in love with going to the gym pretty soon after joining for the first time in my first (and only lol) year of University. 2 years later, after completing my foundation degree in music and spending some months away in India, I decided to finally get myself qualified as a personal trainer.
I first worked at a Virgin Active health club as a PT and fitness instructor, and went on to dabble in other jobs whilst training friends and family on the side. 

Last year, along with many during this pandemic, I suffered with my mental health, worrying about absolutely everything. After a few months of being completely lost, I decided  to embark on a journey of online training, which was honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made! I started with group classes and now do some 1-2-1 sessions too. Creating a space of positivity for my clients (who I now consider friends) has given me such a sense of purpose. Seeing their body and mental transformations keeps me going and I will not be turning back any time soon.That is why I have started Booty Street!

A fun and uplifting space where we can all grow some wonderful glutes together! It is super important to train the rest of your body too, so I have created a weekly plan that will target all of your muscle groups by the end of the week. So whatever your fitness goal is, I probably have it covered! Every workout is home friendly with little (mainly mini bands) to no equipment, with the option of adding weights (dumbbells/bags of rice/chapatti atta).  

We also have our excellent nutritionist, Zoe, who will be working with us to answer any food related questions you may have in her live sessions or the main feed  (haha excuse the pun). 

The main reason why I have decided to take my live workouts from Zoom to Instagram is because I can then save them as IGTV’s for anyone to catch up on if our live timings do not work for you. 

I'm excited to embark on this journey with you!
