My name is Claudio Guarnieri, otherwise known online as Nex. I'm a security researcher, free software developer, human rights advocate and spare time artist. You can find a more comprehensive bio here.

During the day I work at Amnesty International, researching threats to human rights defenders and helping them stay safe online. During the night I work on Security Without Borders and I develop free software and maintain free services, for individuals at risk as well as fellow security researchers. Some of the tools I have created include Cuckoo Sandbox, Viper, Kraken, and more that I will announce soon.

With your help I want to continue and do more: create more software and write more content. I have started a personal newsletter, and I would like to write more content that reflect what I believe is currently needed in technology, security and privacy, particularly for human rights defenders and civil society.
