I had alot of fun today doing my first ever live Facebook broadcast - on milk supply.
Covering frequency and length of feeds, one side or both, foremilk and hindmilk does it exist (not really!), supply and demand...

I was assisted by my lovely colleague Anne who is the tech wizz in our Hampshire BFCs team and encouraged me to go for it. My daughter Izzie also helped out keeping an eye on questions coming in on the chat. It didn't start very auspiciously when I began live streaming on to my (rather dormant) personal page for about a minute before realising. Though all my aunties enjoyed seeing me moving and speaking and have had a watch!! Just a few minutes late I correctly appeared on to the main page. Luckily we had talked through what might go wrong (my mantra being - control what you can control and fly by the seat of your pants for the rest!) so knew what was going on.
Anne managed the questions that were coming in, many quite specific, some I was able to address as we went.
