Hey 👋 my name is Judit Felszeghy and I am an opera singer. In the strange and different times of the pandemic I couldn't do my usual work (travelling and singing in concerts, teaching pupils, leading choirs and holistic workshops), and I felt the urge to still do something meaningful and find a new purpose. I wanted to channel my skills and focus my energy somewhere where the magic of singing is most needed in order to create joy and healing. 🌈 😇 🌞

Since the beginning of 2021, I have offered free weekly sessions of opera breathing exercises and other fun and useful techniques, to help ease symptoms of post Covid sufferers. With my unique opera singing skill set I give people the tools that empower them to breathe more freely and feel more in control of their health.

These tools that I've learnt during my journey becoming an opera singer include: 

~ breath work,

~ fun sound making exercises,

~ face & voice yoga,

~ acupressure points massage,

~ EFT Tapping,

~ and.. a little bit of singing too! 🎶😉

But no worries, you don't need to be a singer or even interested in singing to join. It is open for everyone! 🤗
