About Bridget Walton
I create a podcast about women's hormone health
One thing that I'm very passionate about is supporting women in reaching their optimal health and having a solid understanding of how their hormones impact their body and life. That's why I became a Functional Hormone Specialist and Menstrual Cycle Coach! I support women in addressing the root cause of their irregular periods and challenging menstrual cycles so they can confidently achieve their fertility or contraception goals. In order to provide info to the masses on this topic, I create a weekly podcast called "I'm Hormonal" where you can learn about your hormones and how to best support their healthy, natural balance.
In other news about me, I:
- Live in Southern California
- Have a cat named Betty
- Am a veteran
- Love a turmeric latte
- Am energized by connecting with new people
