Ganesha is a Hindu god who I've grown fond of. He is the remover of obstacles and he seems to symbolize a creative spirit.
Apsara are dancing female spirits. They are often found throughout Hindu and Buddhist cultures. In Cambodia both Ganesha and Apsara are quite popular, so I put them together here. Based on my reading this is nothing unusual.
The environment is my own unique invention. They are celebrating somewhere in the heavens, where everything is perfect.
