You may have noticed that there has been a delay in creating new videos on BunFun's channel. The reason is simply I currently have no access to my equipments due to a frankly very stressful move from the Netherlands, our host country for the last seven years, to the UK.
We always have plan to move (back) to the UK for my son's education. We delayed it a few times but eventually decided that 2023 is the year to make the move. We plan as much as we can in advance, but what I totally underestimated is the time involved for obtaining necessary paperworks, for the move itself but ultimately, for a new home!
It's stressful not because just the timeline is a moving target, but also the decreased childcare support while still working part-time. I like being busy but the only way to juggle all these is to take priorities. BunFun is truly where my passion lies, but with limited time and means, video creation has to be put on hold (hopefully not for a lot longer🤞).
However, that doesn't mean BunFun is taking a break (no, no, no). With my son increasing interest in screen time (😮💨), I want to make Cantonese learning more interactive for him and other little modern device users. Last year I have tried an app called Quizizz to make some quizzes (which I like but has limitations with accessibility and types of games). Over the last couple of months I have been looking around for other platforms and found Interacty. I have made a couple of games using the app, which I'm happy to share them with you below. They are totally free and no registration required. There's however a limit on number of views each month (I'm using a free plan).

Meanwhile, I'm crossing all my fingers and toes that I can reunite with my trusted mic and other equipments (and my bed!) in my new home soon. Once that happens the regular video uploads will continue. I can't wait~!
