It feels like we're all just sort of teetering this week. After this entire month so far, we're on the edge of something.
It's a bit of a balancing act between the swirling ideas, the increasing energy of action within us, and the pure confusion and feelings of overwhelm that could be coming up.
It's a lot.
It can feel big and heavy and cumbersome.
You might be asking, "How can I possibly carry all of this myself?"
And if you are, you don't have to.
You don't have to carry it all yourself. Remember that you are infinitely supported - here on the earthly plane, and behind the scenes by your Spirit Team.
And ALSO remember that feelings of overwhelm often stem from hurtling down the rabbit hole of "What if..." and thinking about all the things that aren't actually in the present moment with us.
Take a moment to pause and observe what is in your present moment with you - literally - right now. What objects are around you? What smells are around you? People? Sensations? Are you outside? Can you feel the Sun on your face? Do you feel anything in your body? Warmth, cold, hunger, tension?
Notice all of these things. Be with these things in the present.
And when you feel ready, ask yourself, "How do I want to use my time and energy right now?"
