With the increasing stress from modern life and the pandemic the Calming Anxiety podcast keeps growing but still can't reach all those in need.
With this in mind I have started building the Calming Anxiety App!! I am very very proud of the plans and the work so far. All the podcasts plus so much more.
It will be truly ground breaking.
The only issue? Finance. Its always down to that old problem of money.
