These past couple of months have been peak anxiety for all of us.
And in the midst of all this numbing craziness many of us have lost access to the places where we did our exercise and that even in ’normal’ times kept us from bouncing off the walls—the gym, public parks where we walked and hiked, the yoga studio, etc.
So while slowly going crazy at home we created CardDeckChallenge.com as a fun way to help work out some of that nervous energy that doesn’t seem to stop accumulating.
Switch it up with different exercises, try to beat your best time, and share it with a friend (either to cheer each other on or as a friendly competition—even during a pandemic some of us can’t help ourselves 😜)
