In January I took part in The Story of my Life project to write a chapter of a book, paint a past,present and future picture and record an episode of a podcast around a difficult period of my life. I chose my abuse journey.
Writing and throwing paint around proved to be very therapeutic healing myself as well as speaking powerfully to others.
As a result of this amazing experience I decided to write a series of heart led books. I’m currently on Chapter 6 of the first in the “ From a Place Called “ series.
