About cassiethehag
a travel & mental health blogger
Hey! 👋 I'm Cassie. I'm a travel and mental health writer originally from the UK but currently based in Auckland, New Zealand.
My blog has many resources for destinations within Europe, Asia and Australasia, with a particular emphasis on honesty - the highs and lows of living abroad. People come for the advice but stay for the mental health chats & personal writing.
If you would like and are able to support my work, my writing desk/cardboard box is never without an espresso by my laptop's side. This helps me pay for the running costs of this website & keep the content updated for future visitors.
