Linguine and sicilian-style pesto, is a perfect pairing for a tipical mediterranean dish. Sicilian pesto is a valid alternative to the classic Ligurian sauce.
It has different colors and the flavors immediately take us to the south of Italy – all thanks to the dried tomatoes, almonds and ricotta, which make it even creamier so it can better dress the pasta. This red pesto can be made in a matter of minutes to flavor your favorite pasta. In my case, the favorite pasta is linguine.
