I'm a graduate student in Ethical Artificial Intelligence and also working on an MBA.

I spent the last year managing one of the largest high-density, mixed-use affordable housing projects in San Francisco. I left in April to film a TV show about how to build off-grid permaculture communes in the forest. I did this with a group I've been working with for several years, this is our sixth one. 

My future plans are to focus on researching and developing better funding sources, sustainable infrastructure, and ownership/governance models for small off-grid communities. Eventually, I want to launch a research institute that funds and informs this kind of research and development all over the world.
