*It is recommended to have a milk frother for this recipe, if not, shaking it will work just as well*
Ingredients:
2 Shots of espresso or 1/4 cup chilled coffee
Ice
4 Tablespoons of cream or creamer alternative
1/2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons simple Syrup
1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Place cream, cocoa powder, vanilla and simple syrup in the milk frother (put it on the cold setting). If using a handheld milk frother, froth until desired level of froth and make sure it is well incorporated. If mixing in a jar, combine all the ingredients into the jar and shake it until all combined.
Fill a cup up with ice, pour your espresso or coffee over it.
Top off the coffee with your cream mixture.
Stir together.
