Keto Cheese Chips

Ingredients:

1 cup of grated brick Cheese (Preferably old cheddar)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Grab a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper start making thin layers of cheese in circles. Cheese circles should be about 3 inches. Keep about 1 inch in between each cheese circle because it will spread once it's in the oven.

  3. Place the baking sheet in the oven, leave it for 7 minutes. The outsides of the cheese circles should be crispy and the middle part should look like melted cheese (NOT crispy).

  4. Take them of out the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!

Optional changes:

I highly recommend dipping them in ranch, it's amazing!

If you want to give them a little extra flavour, sprinkle a little bit of garlic powder on them or chipotle powder.
