Visualize a bright and shining full moon in the sky above you. See the light of the full moon washing over you, illuminating your entire being. Allow this light to fill you with a sense of calm and peace.
As you focus on the light of the full moon, imagine yourself being lifted up into the sky, closer and closer to the full moon. As you approach, you begin to hear the soft and soothing sound of a woman's voice singing a lullaby. This lullaby represents the wisdom and knowledge of our ancestors, and as you listen, you feel yourself becoming one with this wisdom and knowledge.
Feel the full moon's energy fill you with a sense of peace, love, and abundance. Take this energy with you as you slowly return back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in and exhale, feeling the full moon's energy permeate every cell of your being.
Tactile: Full Moon Meditation for Tactile Learners
Find a comfortable place to sit and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. Now, bring your attention to your sense of touch.
Visualize a full moon in the sky above you, shining down its light upon you. Imagine that you can reach up and touch the light of the full moon. As you do, you feel the energy of the full moon flow into your body, filling you with a sense of calm and peace.
Now, imagine that you are holding a small, smooth, round crystal in your hand. This crystal represents the full moon and its energy. Hold it tight in your hand and allow its energy to fill you.
Focus on the sensation of the crystal in your hand and imagine that you are standing on a beach, watching the waves wash over the shore. The waves represent the flow of life and the ebb and flow of energy. Allow the waves to wash over you, filling you with peace and prosperity.
