Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit, and begin by closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths. As you exhale, imagine any stress or tension leaving your body. Take a few more deep breaths and let yourself settle into a state of relaxation.
Now, focus on your breath and imagine a new moon in front of you. Imagine this new moon bringing in new energy, possibilities, and growth. As you exhale, imagine releasing anything that no longer serves you.
As you continue to focus on your breath, imagine the new moon growing bigger and bigger, filling your mind and body with new energy. Imagine yourself becoming one with the new moon, feeling its energy and letting go of anything that no longer serves you.
As you finish your meditation, take a few more deep breaths and when you're ready, slowly open your eyes.
