  1. Begin by identifying which learning style you identify with the most. Are you an auditory learner, visual learner, or tactile learner? You can find the quiz here.

  2. Take some time to reflect on your experience during the workshop or meditation session. Consider the different exercises and techniques that you practiced, and think about which ones resonated with you the most.

  3. Take note of any insights or epiphanies that you had during the session. Did you learn anything new about yourself or your relationship with meditation?

  4. Record any physical sensations or emotions that you experienced during the session. Did you feel relaxed, energized, or something else?

  5. Think about how you will incorporate the techniques and practices you learned into your daily life. What steps will you take to make meditation a regular part of your routine?

  6. Use the sheet to track your progress over time. As you continue to meditate, take note of any changes or improvements in your emotional, physical and mental well-being.

  7. Take time to review your reflection sheet and make any necessary adjustments to your meditation practice.

  8. Repeat the process each time you participate in a meditation session or workshop.

  9. Remember to be kind to yourself, and not to put too much pressure on yourself. This sheet is a tool to help you reflect and grow, not a source of stress or judgement.
