Quotidian Poems are a summer series I started to write on the go and stay sharp on my lunch breaks.
Sometimes, you just have to grab a post-it to posit the way a workday makes you feel. Work is a phenomenal inspiration to me. A day-job can be a prison or a fuel to write explorative work. Some writers escape to their writing. I write to make sense of my job, my life, and the world I live in. It's a beautiful thing to write a poem.
